The Aerosan was a chance find at my local hobby shop. I didn’t know what these things were but it looked so cool that I had to pick it up. I did a lot of scratch-building on this model. I recreated the complete interior and also designed and 3D-printed a highly detailed Shvetsov M-11 aircraft engine. Scratch-building the interior was probably a bit of a wasted time because it is barely visible from the outside but that engine was a lot of fun and a huge improvement over the engine included in the kit.
